Reboot Your Mind Colorado Retreat
The very first retreat came to life spontaneously. That summer of 2018 I was trying to get a job with the company which does wilderness therapy for troubled teenagers. I really liked the idea of personal development facilitated by nature, because I knew firsthand how powerful it can be. Long story short it was not a good fit for me. I didn't appreciate their approach which forced participants of the program to do all sorts of unpleasant stuff. As I was complaining to my close friend about everything I didn't like about the program, she asked me a very good coaching question: What would you do with a group of people on nature to help them grow? Arkansas Hiking Retreat
Over Thanksgiving week of 2018 we travelled to Ozark Mountains in Arkansas. Late fall was still warm and sunny. Ozarks are old weathered mountains with high bluffs, waterfalls and interesting rock formations. It's mellow nature and the season of giving thanks set the tone of this retreat. Read more...
Zion Adventure Retreat
As I was thinking about location for the next retreat I relied on my personal extensive travel experience. Years ago I was awe-struck by the scenery of Zion canyon and I wanted to share this amazing place with other people. Steep and exposed hiking trail Angel's Landing dubbed "The most dangerous hike in US" and unique Narrows canyon with swift running water inspired the theme of the retreat - Step beyond your limits! Lake Livingston mindfulness weekend
A group of woman from Toastmasters International public speaking club approached me with the request to create a weekend retreat for them which didn't require long travel but still would have all the magic of mindfulness and connection. I chose a location at Lake Livingston with a water front house and a very short drive to the trails of Sam Houston national forest. Read more...
